Bleeding Air Out of a Tractor Hydraulic Cylinder Procedure

1. Park the tractor on a level surface. Engage the parking brake.

2. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.

3. Locate the hydraulic cylinder that needs to be bled.

4. Loosen the bleeder valve on the hydraulic cylinder.

5. Have someone operate the tractor's hydraulic system while you watch for air bubbles.

6. Continue to bleed the air from the hydraulic cylinder until no more bubbles are visible.

7. Tighten the bleeder valve.

8. Start the engine and test the hydraulic system.
