Injectors wont fire and have power they are new?

Here are a couple of reasons why injectors won't fire even with power:

1. Injector Driver or PCM Failure: The injector driver circuit in the Engine Control Unit (ECU) or Powertrain Control Module (PCM) may be faulty. This circuit is responsible for providing the necessary electrical signal to open the injector valves. A fault in this circuit or the PCM itself could prevent the injectors from firing.

2. Wiring Harness Issues: Check the wiring harness that connects the injectors to the PCM. Ensure there are no broken wires, loose connections, or damaged connectors. A fault in the wiring can disrupt the communication between the PCM and the injectors, preventing them from firing.

3. Fuel Pressure Problems: Adequate fuel pressure is necessary for the injectors to function properly. If the fuel pressure is too low, the injectors won't be able to deliver enough fuel to the engine, causing a misfire. Check the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, and fuel filter to ensure proper fuel supply and pressure.

4. Incorrect Injector Installation: If the injectors were not installed correctly, it could prevent them from firing. Ensure the injectors are seated properly in their respective fuel injector ports and that the electrical connectors are firmly attached.

5. Injector Solenoid Failure: The injector solenoids are responsible for opening and closing the injector valves. If a solenoid is faulty, it won't allow the injector to fire, even if the electrical signal is present. Test the injector solenoids to ensure they are functioning properly.

6. Clogged Injectors: If the injector nozzles are clogged, it can restrict or even prevent the flow of fuel, leading to a no-fire condition. Try cleaning or replacing the injectors if necessary.

If you have checked all these potential causes and the injectors still won't fire, it's recommended to seek assistance from a qualified mechanic or auto technician who can diagnose the exact issue and perform the necessary repairs.
