Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
3. Jack up the front of the vehicle and place it on jack stands.
4. Remove the serpentine belt.
5. Remove the timing belt cover.
6. Rotate the crankshaft until the camshaft is at top dead center.
7. Remove the camshaft sprocket bolt and remove the camshaft sprocket.
8. Remove the old timing belt.
9. Install the new timing belt, starting with the crankshaft sprocket.
10. Install the camshaft sprocket and tighten the bolt.
11. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise two full revolutions and check that the camshaft is still at top dead center.
12. If necessary, adjust the timing belt tension.
13. Install the timing belt cover.
14. Install the serpentine belt.
15. Refill the coolant reservoir (if necessary).
16. Change the oil and filter (if necessary).
17. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
18. Start the vehicle and check that the timing is correct.
