The fuse box in a VW Polo is located:
- In the passenger compartment, behind the glove compartment.
- On the left-hand side of the dashboard, behind a plastic cover.
- In the engine compartment, near the battery.

- On the inside of the fuse box cover.
- In the vehicle owner's manual.
Fuse Replacement
To replace a fuse, you will need:
- A new fuse of the same amperage rating as the blown fuse.
- A fuse puller.
1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Open the fuse box cover.
3. Use the fuse puller to remove the blown fuse.
4. Insert the new fuse into the fuse box.
5. Close the fuse box cover.
Note: If you do not have the correct amperage fuse, you can temporarily use a fuse that is one size smaller, but it is important to replace it with the correct fuse as soon as possible. Using a fuse that is too large can cause damage to your vehicle's electrical system.
