The fuse for the horn in a Rover 416i is located in the fuse box, which is situated under the dashboard on the driver's side. The fuse box is covered by a plastic cover, which can be removed by pressing down on the two release tabs on the sides.
The fuse for the horn is located in position F2. It is a 15-amp fuse, which is labelled as Horn. If the fuse is blown, you can replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage.
