1. Remove the decorative cover above the radiator.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the auxiliary water pump.
3. Remove the two bolts holding the auxiliary water pump into the thermostat housing.
4. Remove the auxiliary water pump/seal.
Bottom
1. Drain the coolant from the system.
2. Remove the lower radiator hose at the thermostat housing.
3. Remove the mounting bolts holding the thermostat housing onto the engine block.
4. Remove the thermostat housing with a pry tool.
Replace
1. Clean the thermostat housing surfaces.
2. Install a new O-ring seal.
3. Install the thermostat housing onto the engine block.
4. Install the mounting bolts and tighten.
5. Connect the lower radiator hose to the thermostat housing.
6. Fill the coolant system.
7. Connect the electrical connector to the auxiliary water pump.
8. Install the decorative cover.
