Steps:
1. Disconnect the Battery:

2. Remove Airbag Module:
- Using a screwdriver, gently pry open the airbag module cover on the steering wheel.
- Use a socket wrench to remove the airbag module bolts and carefully disconnect the airbag wires.

3. Remove Steering Wheel:
- Remove the steering wheel bolts using a socket wrench and gently pull off the steering wheel.
4. Access Ignition Switch:
- You should see the ignition switch assembly beneath the steering wheel. It is typically held in place with screws.
5. Disconnect Electrical Connectors:
- There will be electrical connectors attached to the ignition switch. Disconnect these connectors carefully to avoid damaging the wiring.
6. Remove Ignition Switch:
- Use a screwdriver or socket wrench to remove the screws holding the ignition switch assembly in place.
- Remove the ignition switch, making note of the position and orientation of old ignition cylinder.
7. Install New Ignition Switch:
- Insert the new ignition switch in the correct position and secure it with the screws you removed earlier.
- Ensure the ignition cylinder is properly seated and locked in place.
8. Reconnect Electrical Connectors:
- Reattach the electrical connectors you disconnected earlier, carefully aligning the tabs and connectors.
9. Reinstall Steering Wheel:
- Put the steering wheel back on and tighten the bolts to secure it.
10. Reinstall Airbag Module:
- Reattach the airbag module to the steering wheel, ensuring the wires are properly connected. Tighten the bolts and reinstall the airbag cover.
11. Reconnect Battery:
- Reconnect the battery's negative terminal to restore power to the vehicle.
12. Test the Ignition Switch:
- Try turning the key in the ignition to make sure the switch is working properly.
