To set camshaft timing on an Opel Corsa 16 valve twin cam 1.7 DTI, you will need the following tools:

- 17 mm spanner

- 19 mm spanner

- Allen key

- Camshaft locking tool

- Crankshaft locking tool

- Torque wrench

Follow these steps:

1. Remove the camshaft cover.

2. Turn the crankshaft until the timing mark on the crankshaft pulley is aligned with the 0 mark on the timing belt cover.

3. Lock the crankshaft in place using the crankshaft locking tool.

4. Insert the camshaft locking tool into the slot on the camshaft sprocket.

5. Check that the timing marks on the camshaft gears match the marks on the cylinder head.

6. If the timing marks are not aligned, loosen the camshaft sprocket bolts and adjust the timing as needed.

7. Once the timing is correct, tighten the camshaft sprocket bolts to the specified torque.

8. Remove the camshaft locking tool and crankshaft locking tool.

9. Install the camshaft cover.
