On an 86 Chevy Celebrity, the PCV valve is typically located on the valve cover. It's a small, usually black, valve with a hose attached to it. The hose connects to the intake manifold. It's not always in the exact same spot on every engine, so look closely along the top of the valve cover for a small, one-way valve with a hose running to the intake.
