To adjust them, you'll find a small lever or knob on the inside of the door, usually located near the armrest or on the door panel itself. This lever will have a small protrusion that you can move up, down, left, or right. Moving the lever in the desired direction will adjust the corresponding movement of the mirror. It's a simple, direct mechanical adjustment.
