What does the light that looks like a fountain dripping water mean on left side of dash 1996 Chevy Corsica?

That sounds like the low washer fluid light. On many cars, including some 1996 Chevy Corsicas, the low washer fluid indicator light is depicted as a stylized fountain or dripping water.
