1. Driver's side dashboard: Look on the lower portion of the dashboard, usually visible through the windshield. It might be stamped on a metal plate.
2. Driver's side doorjamb: This is a less common location for that year, but some trucks had it stamped on the doorjamb itself.
It's possible that due to age and wear, the VIN might be difficult to read. A strong light and some cleaning might be necessary.
