* Unbalanced tires. When your tires are unbalanced, they can cause the car to vibrate. This vibration can be felt at any speed, but it is usually most noticeable at low speeds.
* Driveline problems. Driveshaft problems, such as a worn-out u-joint or a bad driveshaft bearing, can also cause the car to shake at low speeds.
* Defective CV joint. A defective CV (constant velocity) joint can also cause the car to shake at low speeds. CV joints are located on the front axles and help to transmit power from the transmission to the wheels.
* Loose lug nuts. If the lug nuts are not properly tightened, the wheels can come loose and cause the car to shake. This is a serious safety hazard and should be addressed immediately.
* Damaged steering components. Damaged steering components, such as a worn-out tie rod or a bad ball joint, can also cause the car to shake at low speeds.
