Materials and Tools:
Flat-head screwdriver
Phillips-head screwdriver
Trim removal tool (optional)
Instructions:
1. Insert the flat-head screwdriver into the gap between the door panel and the window sill, near the door handle.
2. Pry up on the door panel gently, using the screwdriver as a lever, until the retaining clip pops open.
3. Insert the flat-head screwdriver into the gap created and slide it along the edge of the panel, releasing additional retaining clips.
4. Once all the retaining clips are disengaged, lift up the door panel carefully, starting from the bottom.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the power window controls and the door lock switch by gently pressing the release tabs.
6. If present, remove the handle bezel or trim piece using a trim removal tool or flat-head screwdriver.
7. Remove the speaker grille by carefully prying it out from the panel.
8. Replace any damaged parts or perform necessary repairs.
9. Reattach the speaker grille and reinsert the handle bezel or trim piece.
10. Reconnect the electrical connectors.
11. Realign and lower the door panel back into place, making sure to engage all the retaining clips.
12. Gently press the door panel to ensure it's securely fastened.
Note: Be cautious when using the screwdriver to avoid damaging the door panel. It is recommended to use the trim removal tool if available for the interior panel removal.
