There are two fuse boxes in the 2006-2011 BMW 3-Series: one in the engine compartment and one in the luggage compartment.
Engine compartment fuse box location:
1. Open the hood of your car.
2. Locate the black plastic fuse box cover on the left side of the engine bay, near the strut tower.
3. Release the latch and remove the fuse box cover.
Luggage compartment fuse box location:
1. Open the trunk of your car.
2. Locate the black plastic fuse box cover on the right side of the trunk, behind the trim panel.
3. Release the latch and remove the fuse box cover.
**Inside the fuse boxes, you will find various fuses and relays that protect different electrical circuits in your car.
Each fuse or relay is clearly labeled and can be easily identified by its function.**
