* Front crossmember: There are two jacking points on the front crossmember. These are located directly above the front axle, one on each side.
* A-arms: There are also two jacking points on the A-arms. These are located on the underside of the A-arms, near the ball joints.
Rear:
* Differential housing: The main jacking point at the rear of the Beetle is the differential housing. This is located in the center of the rear of the car, just below the rear axle.
* Rear axle: There are also two jacking points on the rear axle. These are located on either side of the differential housing.
Additional Tips:
* When jacking up the car, always place a block of wood or rubber between the jack and the car. This will help to protect the car's paint from damage.
* Be sure to engage the parking brake before jacking up the car. This will help to prevent the car from rolling while you are working on it.
* Never jack up the car by the bumpers or rocker panels. These are not designed to support the weight of the car and could be damaged if used as jacking points.
