What types of images are produced by concave mirrors?

Concave mirrors produce three main types of images, depending on the position of the object relative to the mirror and the mirror's focal point (F):

1. Virtual and Upright Image: When the object is placed between the mirror and the focal point (F), the image produced is virtual, upright, and enlarged. The image appears to be located behind the mirror and cannot be projected onto a screen.

2. Real and Inverted Image: When the object is placed beyond the focal point (F), the image produced is real, inverted, and smaller than the object. The image can be projected onto a screen and is considered a "real" image because it can be captured on a camera or other imaging device.

3. Virtual and Enlarged Image: When the object is placed at the focal point (F), the image produced is virtual, upright, and highly enlarged. This image appears to be located at infinity and is often referred to as an "infinite conjugate" image.
