Can you transfer a car plate to motorcycle?

It is generally not possible to transfer a car plate to a motorcycle. Car plates and motorcycle plates are issued for different types of vehicles and are not interchangeable. In some jurisdictions, it may be possible to transfer a license plate from one motorcycle to another, but it is not possible to transfer a car plate to a motorcycle.
