Instructions
1. Open the trunk of your car.
2. Locate the brake light housing. It is located at the top of the rear window, just below the spoiler.
3. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the brake light housing in place.
4. Use the flathead screwdriver to pry the brake light housing loose from the car. Be careful not to break the housing.
5. Remove the old brake light from the housing.
6. Install the new brake light into the housing.
7. Replace the brake light housing and secure it with the two screws.
8. Close the trunk of your car.
Tips
- Be careful not to drop the screws or the brake light housing.
- If the screws are rusted, you may need to use a penetrating oil to loosen them.
- If you are having difficulty removing the brake light housing, you can use a heat gun to loosen the adhesive.
