- A Phillips head screwdriver
- A flathead screwdriver

1. Park your Trailblazer on a level surface, approximately 25 feet away from a wall or garage door.
2. Turn on the headlights and let them warm up for a few minutes.
3. Open the hood of your Trailblazer.
4. Locate the headlight adjustment screws. There will be two screws for each headlight, one for the vertical adjustment and one for the horizontal adjustment.
5. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to turn the vertical adjustment screw until the center of the headlight beam is level with the ground.
6. Use the flat head screwdriver to turn the horizontal adjustment screw until the center of the headlight beam is centered on the wall or garage door.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the other headlight.
8. Close the hood of your Trailblazer and you're finished.
