* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A socket wrench with a 12mm socket
* A pair of pliers
1. Front seats
- To remove the front seat, first, locate the two Phillips head screws that hold the seat belt bracket to the seat.
- Remove these screws and then lift the seat belt bracket up and out of the way.
- Next, locate the two 12mm bolts that hold the seat to the floor.
- Remove these bolts and then lift the seat up and out of the vehicle.
2. Rear seats
- To remove the rear seat, first, pull up on the front of the seat bottom to unhook it from the clips that hold it in place.
- Then, lift the seat bottom up and out of the vehicle.
- Next, locate the two 12mm bolts that hold the seat back to the floor.
- Remove these bolts and then lift the seat back up and out of the vehicle.
Note: Some models may have additional screws or bolts that need to be removed before you can remove a seat. Be sure to check all the areas around the seat for hidden fasteners.
