1. Open the hood of your vehicle.
2. Locate the windshield washer fluid reservoir. It is usually a translucent plastic container located on one side of the engine bay, near the firewall.
3. The reservoir cap will typically have a windshield washer symbol or the word "Washer Fluid" printed on it.
4. Remove the reservoir cap by turning it counterclockwise.
5. Add windshield washer fluid to the reservoir until it reaches the "Full" or "Max" mark indicated on the reservoir.
6. Replace the reservoir cap and securely tighten it.
7. Close the hood of your vehicle.
Now, when you operate your windshield washer, the fluid from the reservoir should be pumped to the windshield to assist in cleaning the glass.
