1. Disconnect the battery. Use a wrench to disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the center console. Use the pry tool to remove the two plastic caps on the front of the center console.
Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws underneath the caps.
Use the pry tool to pry up the center console and remove it from the vehicle.
3. Remove the radio bezel. Use the pry tool to pry off the radio bezel.
There may be some clips that need to be released in order to remove the bezel.
4. Remove the stereo. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the four screws that hold the stereo in place.
Use the flat head screwdriver to pry up the stereo and remove it from the vehicle.
5. Disconnect the wiring harness. There will be a wiring harness connected to the back of the stereo.
Disconnect the wiring harness by pressing the release tabs and pulling the connectors apart.
6. Install the new stereo. Insert the new stereo into the vehicle.
Connect the wiring harness to the back of the stereo.
Secure the stereo in place with the four screws.
Replace the radio bezel.
Replace the center console.
Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
