Step 2: Prepare the headlights
1. Remove the stock headlights from the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the wiring harness from the stock headlights.
3. Remove the dust cap from the back of the Auto Dynasty Halo Headlights.
4. Insert the wiring harness into the dust cap and secure it with the lock nut.
Step 3: Connect the wiring harness
1. Use a wire cutter or stripper to remove about 1/4 inch of insulation from the end of each wire.
2. Connect the red wire from the wiring harness to the red wire on the Auto Dynasty Halo Headlight by twisting them together and crimping them with a crimper.
3. Repeat step 2 for the black wire from the wiring harness and the black wire on the headlight, and for the yellow wire from the wiring harness and the yellow wire on the headlight.
4. Use wire strippers to remove about 1/4-inch of insulation from the end of the parking light wire. Then cut the power (12V) cable from the harness (red wire) about 6 inches from the end.
5. Connect the parking light wire to the power (12V) cable end you just cut by twisting the ends of the wires together. Solder the wires together and cover the connection with heat shrink tubing to insulate it.
6. Connect the brown wire from the wiring harness to a good grounding location on the vehicle.
Step 4: Mount the headlights
1. Place the Auto Dynasty Halo Headlights into the headlight buckets.
2. Secure the headlights in place using the provided mounting brackets and screws.
Step 5: Test the headlights
1. Connect the battery and turn on the headlights.
2. Verify that the headlights and the halo rings are functioning properly.
3. Enjoy your new Auto Dynasty Halo Headlights!
