Where is the temperature sensor in a1993 Jaguar?

3.6L Engine with 4 speed automatic or 5 speed manual transmission: The Coolant Temperature Sender (CTS) provides an electrical signal to the Engine Control Module (ECM) to indicate engine temperature. The CTS is located on the water outlet elbow of the cylinder head which connects the cylinder head to the water pump inlet hose.

4.0L Engine: The Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) sensor is a silicon temperature sensing device measuring the temperature of the coolant flowing around the sensor located in the front lower part of the right hand cylinder head.

6.0L Engine with 4L8OE transmission: The Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS) is located on the right side of the intake manifold, below the throttle body.

6.0L Engine with 4L60E transmission: The Coolant Temperature Sensor (CTS) is located in the upper radiator hose connection on the intake manifold.
