1. Park the vehicle on a flat surface and turn off the engine.
2. Open the trunk.
3. Locate the taillight assembly on the affected side.
4. Remove the two screws that hold the taillight assembly in place.
5. Pull the taillight assembly straight out of the vehicle.
6. Locate the turn signal bulb socket on the back of the taillight assembly.
7. Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it from the assembly.
8. Remove the old turn signal bulb from the socket.
9. Insert the new turn signal bulb into the socket.
10. Turn the bulb socket clockwise to secure it in place.
11. Reinstall the taillight assembly into the vehicle.
12. Secure the taillight assembly with the two screws that you removed earlier.
13. Close the trunk.
14. Test the turn signal to ensure that it is working properly.
Be sure to replace burnt-out bulbs as soon as possible to avoid being cited by law enforcement.
