1. Turn the ignition key to the “ON” position (without starting the engine).
2. Press and hold the “BC” button on the end of the turn signal lever.
3. While holding the “BC” button, turn the key to the “OFF” position and then back to the “ON” position (again, without starting the engine).
4. Release the “BC” button.
5. The oil service light should now be reset.
If the oil service light does not reset, you may need to take your vehicle to a BMW dealership or qualified mechanic to have it reset.
