3. Remove the foot brake lever.
4. Clean and inspect the foot brake pedal and the parking brake mechanism.
5. Lubricate the foot brake pedal and the parking brake mechanism.
6. Reinstall the foot brake lever and tighten the bolts.
7. Test the foot brake pedal to make sure it is working properly.
