* Air screw: 1 1/4 turns out from lightly seated
* Pilot screw: 2 turns out from lightly seated
* Main jet: #102
* Needle jet: #105862
* Jet needle: 6DJY
The air screw and pilot screw are located on the front and rear of the carburetor, respectively. The main jet and needle jet are located inside the carburetor, while the jet needle is located in the upper part of the carburetor.
To adjust the carburetor, you will need a flat-head screwdriver and a Phillips-head screwdriver.
1. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to warm up.
2. Using the flat-head screwdriver, turn the air screw in or out until the engine runs smoothly.
3. Using the Phillips-head screwdriver, turn the pilot screw in or out until the engine idles smoothly.
4. Test the carburetor adjustment by riding the 3-wheeler and checking the throttle response. The engine should respond smoothly and quickly to changes in throttle position.
5. If the engine does not respond properly, repeat steps 2-4 until the adjustment is correct.
It is important to note that the carburetor adjustment may need to be changed if you change the air filter, exhaust system, or other engine components.
