I replaced the u-joints in passenger side front axle of my 1995 jeep wrangler and when i put it all back together am getting a black liquid coming out housing did break something?

That black liquid is almost certainly gear oil leaking from your front axle housing. Seeing it after replacing U-joints strongly suggests you damaged something during the repair. Here are the most likely culprits:
