How do I lock the steering column on my 1996 Toyota Camry?

1. Turn the key to the "Lock" position.

2. Press down on the brake pedal.

3. Hold the brake pedal down while turning the key back to the "Off" position.

4. Release the brake pedal.

5. The steering column should now be locked.
