While it's *possible* to remove a Jeep Wrangler hard top alone, it's
extremely difficult and not recommended. It's a heavy, awkward object, and attempting to do it solo significantly increases the risk of injury to yourself and damage to your Jeep. You need significant strength and upper body power, and even then, the risk of dropping it on yourself or scratching the paint is substantial.
It's much safer and easier to have a helper. Two people can manage the weight and maneuverability far better.
