Where is the Neutral safety switch located on 1998 Wrangler 25L with manual trans?

On a 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ with a manual transmission, there isn't a neutral safety switch in the same way an automatic transmission would have one. Manual transmissions don't require a switch to prevent starting unless the gear selector is in neutral. The starting system relies on the clutch being depressed. The mechanism that prevents starting if the clutch isn't fully depressed is usually a clutch safety switch, *not* a neutral safety switch. This switch is located on the clutch pedal assembly.
