12. Check for leaks: Inspect the area around the drain plug and oil filter for any leaks.
13. Check the oil level again: Turn off the engine, wait a few minutes, and check the oil level again. Add more if needed.
14. Dispose of used oil properly: Take the used oil and filter to a recycling center or auto parts store that accepts used oil for proper disposal.
