If you feel the rear wiper isn't making good contact or is leaving streaks, the problem likely isn't adjustable pressure, but rather one of these:
* Worn or damaged wiper blade: This is the most common cause. Replace the entire wiper blade assembly. A new blade will have the correct pressure built-in.
* Dirty or damaged wiper arm: Check the wiper arm for any bends or damage that might prevent proper contact. If it's bent, you might be able to carefully straighten it, but replacement might be needed.
* Dirty or damaged rear window: A dirty or scratched rear window can interfere with wiper performance, even with a new blade. Clean the window thoroughly.
In short, you don't adjust the pressure. You fix the underlying problem causing poor wiping action by replacing the wiper blade (most likely).
