What panel has to be removed access the Wiper Motors for a 98 Wrangler?

To access the wiper motor on a 1998 Jeep Wrangler, you'll need to remove the cowl panel. This is the panel under the windshield, usually made of plastic. There may be additional trim pieces to remove as well depending on how much access you need.
