1. Turn the ignition switch to the "Run" position (or "ACC" position on later models).
2. Turn the windshield wiper to the "OFF" position.
3. Push the windshield wiper arm downward against the windshield as far as it will go until it snaps into place in the down position.
That should park the wiper blades in the down position on your Lumina van.
