2. Remove the steering wheel cover. There are two screws on the bottom of the steering wheel that hold the cover in place. Remove these screws and then pry the cover off with a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Remove the turn signal stalk. There is a small screw on the side of the turn signal stalk that holds it in place. Remove this screw and then pull the stalk straight out of the steering column.
4. Remove the headlight switch. There are two screws on the bottom of the headlight switch that hold it in place. Remove these screws and then pull the switch straight out of the steering column.
5. Remove the ignition switch cylinder. The ignition switch cylinder is held in place by a snap ring. Use a small screwdriver to pry the snap ring off and then pull the cylinder straight out of the steering column.
6. Remove the ignition switch. There are four bolts that hold the ignition switch in place. Remove these bolts and then pull the switch straight out of the steering column.
7. Reinstall the ignition switch in reverse order.

* Be careful not to damage the wiring when you are disconnecting the battery.
* Make sure that you have the correct tools for the job.
