1. Open the hood.
* Pull the hood release lever inside the car, and then lift the hood.
2. Locate the headlight assembly.
* The headlight assembly is located in the front of the car, on either side of the grille.
3. Remove the headlight retaining ring.
* The headlight retaining ring is a metal ring that holds the headlight assembly in place. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the ring off.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
* The electrical connector is located on the back of the headlight assembly. Disconnect the connector by pressing the release tab and pulling it apart.
5. Remove the headlight assembly.
* Once the retaining ring and electrical connector are disconnected, you can remove the headlight assembly by pulling it straight out of the car.
6. Replace the headlight bulb.
* The headlight bulb is located inside the headlight assembly. To replace the bulb, turn the bulb counterclockwise until it comes loose. Then, pull the bulb straight out of the socket. Insert the new bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise until it is secure.
7. Reinstall the headlight assembly.
* Insert the headlight assembly into the car and reconnect the electrical connector. Then, secure the assembly with the retaining ring.
8. Close the hood.
* Once the headlight assembly is installed, close the hood and you're done!
