1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position, but do not start the car.
2. Press and hold the "Unlock" button on the key fob for at least five seconds.
3. The alarm should sound and then stop.
4. Turn the key to the "Off" position.
5. The alarm should now be disabled.
Note: If the alarm does not sound when you press and hold the "Unlock" button, the battery in the key fob may be low. Try replacing the battery and following the steps again.
If the alarm still does not disable, there may be an issue with the alarm system itself. In this case, you should take your car to a Toyota dealer or a qualified mechanic to have it diagnosed and repaired.
