How do you bleed clutch 85 Ford Ranger?

Tools and Materials:

- 10mm wrench

- 17mm wrench

- Clear tube

- A cup of brake fluid (SAE DOT3)

Instructions:

1. Locate the clutch master cylinder. It is usually mounted on the firewall near the brake master cylinder.

2. Remove the bleeder screw cap from the clutch slave cylinder. The slave cylinder is located on the transmission.

3. Attach a clear tube to the bleeder screw.

4. Open the bleeder screw slightly and allow the fluid to flow into the cup.

5. While the fluid is flowing, gently press and release the clutch pedal several times. This will help to push any air bubbles out of the system.

6. Continue to bleed the clutch until you see no more air bubbles in the fluid.

7. Close the bleeder screw and remove the cup of fluid.

8. Repeat steps 3-6 if necessary.

9. Once you are satisfied that there are no more air bubbles in the system, top up the clutch fluid reservoir.
