2. Loosen the lock nuts on the rocker arm adjusting screws. The lock nuts are located on the top of the rocker arms.

4. Turn the adjusting screws counterclockwise until you feel a slight amount of resistance. This is the correct lash setting.

5. Tighten the lock nuts to hold the adjusting screws in place.
