The oil drain plug is usually located on the bottom of the lawn mower deck, near the front of the engine. It is typically a 17mm bolt.
Place the oil pan under the drain plug.
To do this, you will need to lower the lawn mower deck so that the oil can drain freely into the pan.
Loosen the drain plug.
You can do this with a wrench. Be careful not to drop the oil drain plug into the oil pan.
Allow the oil to drain completely.
This may take a few minutes.
Replace the drain plug.
Once the oil has completely drained, you can replace the drain plug. Tighten the plug securely with a wrench.
Raise the lawn mower deck.
You can now return the lawn mower deck to its original position.
