1. Make sure the ignition is off.
2. Locate the service light or reset button on the dash cluster. It is usually located on the left-hand side of the steering wheel.
3. Press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds.
4. The service light should turn off.
Tip: if you don’t find a reset button in the dash cluster
1. Turn the ignition to ON position (do not start the engine)
2. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal 5 times within less than 5 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition off and wait 10 or more seconds.
4. Turn the ignition back on.
The Service light should now be erased.
Note: the service light may not turn off if there is a problem with the vehicle that needs to be addressed.
