How do you replace a car window handle?

To replace a car window handle, you will need the following tools and materials:

- Phillips head screwdriver

- New window handle (the same make and model as the original)

- Flat head screwdriver

- Utility knife or box cutter

Instructions:

1. Unscrew the old handle. The handles on most cars are held in place with two screws. Locate the screws and unscrew them with a Phillips head screwdriver.

2. Remove the old handle. Once the screws are removed, carefully pull the old handle out of the door panel.

3. Disconnect the old handle. There will be a cable connected to the old handle that controls the window. Disconnect the cable by pressing the release button on the connector.

4. Connect the new handle. Connect the cable to the new handle by inserting the cable end into the connector and pressing the release button.

5. Install the new handle. Insert the new handle into the door panel and align it with the holes. Secure the handle with the screws that you removed in step 1.

6. Test the new handle. Roll the window up and down to make sure that the new handle is working properly.

Here are some additional tips:

- If the window handle is difficult to remove, you may need to use a flat head screwdriver to pry it out.

- Be careful not to damage the door panel or the window when working with the window handle.

- If you are not comfortable replacing the window handle yourself, you can take your car to a mechanic or body shop.
