1. Open the bonnet (hood).
2. Remove the 6 screws that secure the upper part of the bumper to the bonnet.
3. Remove the 2 screws that secure the lower part of the bumper to the undercarriage.
4. Gently pry the bumper away from the car, starting from the sides and working your way towards the centre.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the fog lights and indicators (if equipped).
6. Remove the bumper from the car.
Note: It may be helpful to have someone assist you in removing the bumper, as it can be quite heavy.
