- 2 gallons of coolant.
- A funnel
- A 10 mm socket wrench
- A 12 mm socket wrench
- A catch pan
Steps:
1. Park your motorcycle on a flat surface.
2. Run the engine and let it warm up to operating temperature.
3. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool.
4. Remove the radiator cap.
5. Drain the coolant by opening the drain plug located at the bottom of the radiator.
6. Catch the coolant in a pan.
7. Once all of the coolant has drained, close the drain plug.
8. Add 1 gallon of new coolant to the radiator.
9. Start the engine and let it run for 2-3 minutes.
10. Add the remaining coolant to the radiator until the radiator is full.
11. Replace the radiator cap.
