1. Locate the two screws that hold each side cover in place. They are located on the bottom and backside of the side cover, near the rear wheel.
2. Remove the screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.
3. Gently pry the side cover away from the motorcycle, starting at the bottom.
4. Continue prying the side cover off until it is completely removed.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the other side cover.
To reinstall the side covers, simply reverse the steps above.
