Why is the foot brake stuck on Honda recon?

Check brake fluid reservoir: Ensure that the brake fluid reservoir is full and the fluid level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks. If the fluid level is low, add DOT 4 brake fluid.

Bleed the brakes: Air trapped in the brake lines can cause the brake pedal to feel soft or spongy, and in some cases, it can cause the brakes to become stuck. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to bleed the brakes.

Inspect brake pads: Worn brake pads can cause the brake pedal to go all the way to the floor, and they can also cause the brakes to become stuck. Inspect the brake pads and replace them if they are worn.

Inspect the brake master cylinder: A malfunctioning brake master cylinder can cause the brake pedal to become stuck. Inspect the brake master cylinder for leaks, damage, or corrosion, and replace it if necessary.

Inspect the brake booster: A malfunctioning brake booster can cause the brake pedal to become hard or spongy, and in some cases, it can cause the brakes to become stuck. Inspect the brake booster for leaks, damage, or corrosion, and replace it if necessary.

If none of these solutions work, you may need to take your Honda Recon to a qualified mechanic.
