1. Disconnect the front axle. Use a 14mm wrench to loosen the axle nut. Then, remove the nut using the 17mm wrench. Lift up the front of the bike and remove the axle.
2. Remove the front wheel. Once the axle is disconnected, you can remove the front wheel. To do this, pry the tire off the rim using the tire irons. Be careful not to damage the rim.
3. Remove the inner tube. Once you have removed the tire, you can remove the inner tube. To do this, simply pull the inner tube out of the tire.
4. Reassemble the wheel. Once you have removed the inner tube, you can reassemble the wheel. To do this, simply insert the new inner tube into the tire and then pry the tire back onto the rim.
5. Reconnect the front axle. Once you have reassembled the wheel, you can reconnect the front axle. To do this, simply insert the axle through the wheel and then replace the axle nut. Tighten the axle nut using a 17mm wrench.
